As a women in leadership, we face unique challenges in the workplace and our everyday lives. Imposter syndrome, workplace biases, and the pressure to prove yourself can make it hard to lead with confidence. Add in the complexities of managing multigenerational teams and navigating high-pressure environments, and the journey can feel overwhelming.
That’s where I come in. My coaching helps women leaders own their stories, break past limitations, and lead authentically. Together, we’ll tackle self-doubt, workplace dynamics, and the unique challenges women face—so you can lead with confidence, impact, and success on your own terms.

Leadership Coaching Services
Individual Coaching
Leadership can feel isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone. We’ll work one-on-one and focus on challenges like confidence, work culture, and defining your leadership style. Each session is a space for honest reflection, practical strategies, and real growth, tailored to your needs.

Sessions last 45 minutes, with a minimum of three recommended to see transformative results. You can customize the number and frequency of sessions.

My coaching is designed to support you with practical strategies and a safe, encouraging space to navigate your unique challenges. Together, we’ll focus on what helps you grow as a leader, with feedback that’s tailored to you. I blend strategy with emotional intelligence, keeping in mind the real challenges women face in leadership. And with flexible scheduling, we can make coaching fit into your life—so you can prioritize both your growth and well-being without added stress.
True YOU Cohort
This five-week group is a place to connect with other women who understand the pressures, biases, and expectations of leadership. Together, we’ll build confidence, set boundaries, and own our place at the table—not by changing who we are, but by embracing our own unique stories.

If you’re new to leadership, it’s natural to feel both excited and uncertain. This five-week group is designed to give you the tools and confidence to step into your role with clarity. You’ll connect with others on the same journey—without pressure or judgment, just a space to grow.

About
I know what it feels like to question if you’re ‘enough’—but I also know you are.
I’ve been in your shoes—navigating self-doubt, balancing career and family, and feeling the pressure to lead a certain way. I began my journey as a nurse, which then evolved into 15 years of leadership, including serving as a Chief Nursing Officer and on the Board of Directors for the Emergency Nurses Association for six years, culminating in my role as the 2022 ENA President. Throughout my career, I’ve led teams through challenges, advocated for change, and mentored others to find their leadership voice.
I started Authentically Yours to help leaders like you step into confidence, align your values with your actions, and let go of who you think you should be.
When I’m not coaching or advocating for leaders, you can find me surrounded by my big, blended family of five kids, four cats, two dogs, and three horses. I love gardening, yoga, walking and anything that involves fresh notebooks and new pens (yes, I’m a proud school supply nerd!).
